Create a StayNow365 Host Account

  1. Sign Up / Log In:
  2. Click "Log In" or "Sign Up" to create a new account using email.
  3. Complete Host Profile:
    • a. Add the contact information in the sign up form.
    • b. Verify your email address to complete the sign up process.
  4. Click Become a host to start the property listing process.

Step 1

Adding a New Listing

  1. Start a New Listing:
    • a. Navigate to “Host” → “Create a New Listing.”
    • b. Select the property type (e.g., Entire Home, Private Room, Shared Room).
  2. Basic Details:
    • a. Enter the address (exact location will be hidden until booking confirmation).
    • b. Select the property type and specify the number of guests it accommodates.
  3. Rooms and Beds:

  4. Amenities Selection:

Step 2

Uploading Photos & Media

  1. Upload high-quality photos:
    • a. Ensure rooms are well-lit and clean.
    • b. Add at least 10 photos highlighting key spaces, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
  2. Add Captions:
    • a. Provide captions for each photo to give context (e.g., “Cozy living room with city views”).
  3. Video Tour (Optional):
    • a. Upload a walkthrough video to enhance the listing

Step 3

Writing the Listing Description

  1. Title:
    • a. Create a catchy and descriptive title (e.g., “Charming Beachside Bungalow with Ocean Views”).
  2. Description:
    • a. Provide detailed information about the property, neighborhood, and attractions.
    • b. Include special highlights, such as “pet-friendly” or “5-minute walk to subway.”

Step 4

Pricing and Availability Setup

    • a. Input the base rate per night. Use StayNow365’s smart pricing tool (optional) to adjust rates based on demand.
  2. Add Cleaning and Service Fees:
    • a. Define any one-time cleaning fee and additional guest charges (if applicable).
  3. Set Discounts::
    • a. Add weekly or monthly discounts to attract long-term bookings.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • a. Sync with other platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Booking.com) if the property is listed elsewhere.
    • b. Block dates that are unavailable.

    • a. Use the StayNow365 app or website to communicate with guests and confirm reservations.

Review and Finalize the Listing
