one helper will attached during the event or party ( guest just pay minimum RM100 for the helper to help cleaning)
- Security deposit RM1000 is require before check in by bank transfer
- A copy of Driving license / Passport / NRIC is require for registration
- NO illegal activities is allowed (penalty RM1000)
- NO open house parties / event is allowed
- This villa capacities is allow maximum 35 pax at all time included visitor. Kindly informed host if your guest above 35 pax (Penalty RM500)
- NO smoking inside the indoor area/ karaoke room (Penalty RM500)
- Soap / Dirty the pool water (penalty RM1000)
- NO alcohol inside pool / Jacuzzi pool (Penalty 1000)
