You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using our platform. Misrepresentation of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

4. Account Registration

To book or host on StayNow365, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

5. Booking Process

5.1. Guest Booking:

When you book an accommodation, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the host. You must review and agree to the host's terms, cancellation policy, and house rules before confirming the booking.

5.2. Host Listing:

Hosts are responsible for accurately describing their property, setting appropriate pricing, and adhering to all applicable regulations. Hosts must honor confirmed bookings unless there are extenuating circumstances.

6. Payments

6.1. Payment Terms:

Guests will be charged the full booking amount upon confirmation, which includes applicable service fees and taxes. Hosts will receive payment after the guest checks in, minus any applicable fees.

6.2. Currency:

Payments are processed in local currencies (Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or Australian Dollars (AUD)) depending on the region of the booking.

6.3. Payment Processor:

We use a third-party payment processor. By using the platform, you agree to their terms and conditions as well.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. Guest Cancellations:

Guests may cancel their booking according to the cancellation policy set by the host. Refunds, if any, will be processed in line with the host's policy and our refund guidelines.

7.2. Host Cancellations:

Hosts must honor all confirmed bookings. Frequent cancellations may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

7.3. Extenuating Circumstances:

We may override cancellation policies if extenuating circumstances arise, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or government travel restrictions.

8. User Conduct

8.1. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Post inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content
Use the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to hosting or booking accommodations
Engage in abusive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior

9. Host Obligations

Hosts must:
Comply with all local laws and regulations, including tax obligations

Provide a clean, safe, and habitable environment for guests
Communicate any changes or issues with guests promptly

10. Liability

10.1. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or disputes between hosts and guests.

10.2. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the platform or its users.
